These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sleet gym tracker application ("App") and the Sleet website at sleetgymtracker.com ("Site"), operated by Sleet ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App or Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Use automated means to access or scrape content from the Site or App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the workout data and content you enter into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We will not use your User Content for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides fitness tracking tools and AI-generated training suggestions for informational purposes only. This is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition, injury, or are returning from a long break from training.

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of information or training plans generated by the App.

6. Free Tools and Calculators

The TDEE calculator, macro calculator, one rep max calculator, and other tools on the Site are provided free of charge for informational purposes. Results are estimates only. We make no guarantees as to their accuracy for any individual and accept no liability for decisions made based on calculator outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and App — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is owned by or licensed to Sleet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including Google Gemini for AI features and Google Play for distribution. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
